Chantel Barber Wins National Art Competition for September 2022

 



 The 12th Annual PleinAir Salon Art Competition has announced its monthly winners for the September Competition. Chantel Barber has been selected as the Figure & Portrait winner in the Figure & Portrait Category with their painting titled, “Blossom”. The judge for the September Competition was Master American artist, William A. Suys Jr. 

Barber, along with the other 22 winners, is now entered into the Annual PleinAir Salon competition being awarded in May 2023 at the Plein Air Convention & Expo. These artists will compete for a $15,000 cash grand prize, and for their painting to be featured on the cover of PleinAir Magazine. All of the September monthly winners will be included in a showcase in the Dec/Jan issue of PleinAir Magazine, the #1 best-selling representational art magazine nationwide.*
